Shipping & Returns
Please note that shipping will be calculated once your order has been packed and a separate invoice will be sent before your order is released. We do this in order to ensure each customer is paying the lowest possible shipping rate. If you would like an estimate of how much your shipping might cost, please contact us.
Concerns about defective merchandise should be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us. If no concerns are expressed within the allocated time, we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns or exchanges. Merchandise returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Buzz On Inc. Decisions are made on a case-by-case scenario.
All returned merchandise need to be in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Customer assumes all shipping expenses.
In case returns/claims are accepted by us a Credit Note will be issued.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
